I captured this mama deer and her fawn when I was on a photo shoot in the back 40. I was taking photos of one of our potato fields that were showing an incredible display of flowers when the deer wandered through the field. This year early summer is green and beautiful at the farm. So far everything is growing as expected due to timely rains and ideal temperatures. The potato plants are flowering, the corn is thriving and the soy beans are looking good.
