We have our new potatoes for sale and I have a brand new recipe to celebrate. This simple BBQ recipe enhances the delicate flavour of new potatoes without overpowering their natural sweetness. Cooked potatoes are smashed with the palm of your hand (and yes, this is fun!) Then they are brushed with olive oil and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. The smashed potatoes are grilled until the outside is crispy and browned. This potato dish will compliment your burgers, hotdogs and sausages and is completely kid friendly!
