While we are always #AgProud here at the farm, today is a special day. Canada’s Agriculture Day was created to recognize the work of all those who help produce the food that Canadians and people around the world eat. Every year on this day I release a new recipe to get you excited about eating locally grown food. This year I settled on a delicious and fun recipe for bacon wrapped potato bites which are perfect when you need a tasty appetizer.
Bite sized bits of potatoes are coated with a combination of spices and wrapped in bacon. They are oven baked until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is crispy. They can be served with one of my three original dip recipes which include a spicy honey mustard dip and an oniony dip.
